Service Agreements

These Terms of Service are supplemented by, but do not replace, individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. The following apply generally:

• All invoices are issued in USD
• Accepted payment methods are bank transfer (ACH for US clients, SWIFT or Wise for international clients) and cryptocurrency
• Monthly retainer services are invoiced on the 1st of each month, due within 5 days
• One-time services (System Builds, Inbox Resets, Audits) are billed in full upfront
• The first month of retainer services requires a 50% deposit; full payment applies from the second month onward
• The minimum retainer commitment is 3 months at a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Confidentiality

Strict confidentiality is maintained regarding all client information and proprietary data shared during service delivery. Specific confidentiality terms are outlined in individual service agreements, which are signed before any work begins. Access to client accounts and systems is revoked immediately upon conclusion of an engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Productivity Gourmet shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services or integrations
• Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While every effort is made to deliver professional and accurate work, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.

Termination

Access to this website or services may be terminated at any time, with or without cause. Termination of specific service engagements requires two weeks written notice after the minimum commitment period, and is governed by the terms of the individual service agreement.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of this website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
